Support Worker- Make Every Day Matter! Dereham | Supported Living Service| £12.50 per hour/ £24,375 per annum FTE | Permanent role, with part and full time contracts available.

Looking for a role where no two days are the same and you genuinely change lives? Our services are personalised to the individuals that live in them and the people that provide the support. You will be supporting 5 male adults with complex communication needs, physical health conditions, and multi-sensory impairments. Person-centred, meaningful support is at the heart of what we do.

Shifts are varied & can be discussed further at interview:

  • Weekdays: 7am-10am, 10am-4pm & 4pm-10pm.
  • Weekends: 7am-2pm & 2pm-10pm.

You must be able to work some weekends and flexibility is essential to support our valuable service.

What you will be doing:

Think life, not just care. Here are some activities you could expect to be supporting the people with including personal care, medication administration, and a small amount of manual handling (hoisting) where necessary. Every day is different - and that’s the best part!

A full manual UK license is essential as we have 2 manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home, and trips such as swimming, horse riding, bowling, music sessions, and day trips.
