Location: Dereham.

Service: Supported Living Service.

Rate: £12.50 per hour (£24,375 per annum FTE).

Permanent role, with part‑ and full‑time contracts available.

Supporting five adults with complex communication needs, physical health conditions and multi‑sensory impairments. The service is personalised to each resident and their support needs.

Who you will support:

  • 5 male adults with complex communication needs, physical health conditions and multi‑sensory impairments.

Shift pattern:

Shifts are varied and can be discussed further at interview. Typical schedule:

  • Weekdays: 7am‑10am, 10am‑4pm, 4pm‑10pm.
  • Weekends: 7am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm. Weekend work is required; flexibility is essential.

What you will be doing:

Think life, not just care. You will support residents with activities such as:

  • Personal care
  • Medication administration
  • Manual handling (hoisting) where necessary
  • Participation in swimming, horse riding, bowling, music sessions, day trips and other community activities.

A full manual UK licence is desirable, as the role includes driving residents to appointments and activities in company vehicles.
