We’ll give you full training for our Support Worker roles at our CQC Residential Service in King's Norton. This is a permanent role with both part-time and full-time contracts available, working either 30 or 37.5 hours per week. As a Support Worker, you will receive £12.50 per hour/ £24,374 per annum FTE.
As a Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals at the home who are deafblind, have visual and/or hearing impairments, complex needs and learning disabilities. Experience of using British Sign Language (BSL) or having a BSL qualification is desirable.
Your duties can include:
- To support individuals/groups within the home, centre and community.
- To provide a customised, responsive and high-quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
- To deliver services which meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards.
