Person Led Care - Every day is different! We are seeking a Support Worker to become a part of our amazing team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham. This role will be based in our service which has multiple 1:1 flats. You will support adults who lead an active lifestyle on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, helping develop daily living skills, providing personal care as needed and encouraging participation in various interests that promote health and well-being.

While some of the people you will support may exhibit some challenging behaviour, they are great communicators and eager to learn new ways to express themselves, including British Sign Language (BSL) and picture communication. You will support with activities the individuals enjoy like gaming, watching football, biking, volunteering, going to the gym, cinema, arcade and bowling, attending music sessions, sensory sessions & walks at a nearby park.

A full UK manual driver's license is required as you will use the person's own mobility car or company vehicles for activities outside the home. This role requires flexible working across Mondays to Sunday with some bank holidays.
