Are you ready to make a real difference in people\’s lives?
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at our Supported Living service in King\’s Heath, Birmingham. No previous experience needed as full training will be provided.
This role involves supporting a young adult in an active lifestyle, developing daily living skills, and encouraging participation in activities that promote health and well-being.
You will support activities the individual enjoys, such as gaming, football, biking, and volunteering. The individual may exhibit some challenging behavior but is a great communicator eager to learn new expressive methods, including British Sign Language (BSL) and picture communication.
A full UK manual driver\’s license is required as you will use our company car for activities and appointments.
We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:

Your duties can include:
- Supporting individuals/groups within the home, centre, and community.
