Support Worker - Make Every Day Matter! Looking for a role where no two days are the same and you genuinely change lives?

Location: Deeping St James (near Peterborough & Stamford)

Pay: £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum FTE)

Role: Permanent | 17.5, 20, 20.5, 26.5, 30 & 34 hours per week.

Join our friendly residential service supporting 5 adults (1 female, 4 males) with complex needs. We focus on person-centred support that helps people live full, meaningful lives.

What you'll do:

  • Support daily living (personal care, cooking, cleaning) plus fun, real-life activities like:
  • Swimming & horse riding
  • Shopping & pub lunches
  • Walks, day trips & summer beach visits

What you'll need:

  • Full UK manual driving licence (company vehicles provided) to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
  • Flexibility for shifts, including alternate weekends & some bank holidays.

Shifts:

  • Early & late shifts on a rolling rota (discussed at interview) - 7am - 4.30/5pm (Weekends: 7am - 2.30pm)
  • 3.30/4.30pm - 10pm (Weekends: 2.30pm - 10pm)
