Looking for a new challenge where every day truly matters? At Sense, we’re looking for compassionate, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our CQC Outstanding service in Margate. This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to make a genuine difference in people’s lives while being part of a supportive, uplifting team.

ÂŁ12.50 per hour | 37.5 hours per week (various shift patterns including weekends only, part time and full time opportunities available) | Permanent

You must hold a full UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive a Sense vehicle to support people to access the community, attend activities, and enjoy the things they love.

What Does Life Look Like Here?

No two days are the same. You’ll be a key part of helping people stay active in the community and enjoy the things they love. Your day could include:

  • Adventure & Socialising: Heading to the beach, theme parks, swimming, or local nightlife.
  • Hobbies: Cooking and baking favourite recipes, going to the gym, or shopping.
  • Daily Empowerment: Supporting with personal care, medication, managing finances, and building the confidence to live independently.
  • Driving: Using a manual Sense vehicle to get everyone where they want to be.
