This permanent, part-time role offers a shift pattern with nights and weekend options, supporting disabled individuals with complex needs to live independently and participate in everyday life.
You’ll provide person-centred support, build relationships and help remove barriers, in a setting rated Good by CQC. Flexible hours across weekdays and weekends are required.
