Could you be our next Support Worker? We're looking for a female Support Worker to join our residential service in Seaton, Devon, working 37.5 hours per week at £13.00 per hour. The role involves various shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. With the seafront just a few minutes' walk away, lovely gardens, and plenty of local cafés, this is a brilliant place to work. We support 6 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live the life they choose; whether that's accessing the beach, strolling along the seafront, or enjoying cake and coffee at a favourite café. Your priority will be empowering the people you support to live fulfilling, independent lives. No two days are the same.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting with everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Helping manage finances and medication
  • Getting out into the community for shopping, trips, and social activities
  • Encouraging independence and wellbeing in everything you do
