Looking for your next step in Care? Sense are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our fantastic team as a Team Leader at our Supported Living service in Rotherham. You will join our amazing Supported Living team in Rotherham which supports three adults with Autism in their own home and with fun activities out in the community such as going to the cinema, bowling or walks in the park. This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering Team Leaders £26,988 per annum.

As the team leader, your working hours will include hands on Support Worker shifts, helping with leading the team of Support Workers with the support from the Managers and one day per month you will assist in completing office administrative tasks. The shift patterns will vary but you will be required to work some Mornings, Evenings and Weekends.
