Opportunities for a Relief Support Worker to join our services in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. This is a casual Relief Support Worker role with various hours available for up to 37.5 hours per week. Sense offers 24 hours of support to individuals, 365 days a year. There will be a variety of shifts on offer including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. As a Relief Support Worker you will be able to choose your own shifts.

You will have a choice of where and when you want to work, and will have the opportunity to gain experience by supporting individuals in a variety of settings where no two days are the same. Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. Your priority will be empowering the people you support to live an independent life.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with everyday tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene.
  • Support with finances and medication/wellbeing as required.
  • Assist with going into the community for shopping or other trips.
  • Support participants with social life and nightlife activities.
