Sense is recruiting a Registered Care Manager for our Kings Norton residential service in Birmingham. The permanent role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £34,671 per annum (April 2026).
You will lead the management team and oversee care for five individuals with complex health needs in a warm, supportive environment. As a CQC-registered manager, you’ll ensure high-quality, person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
