We support a wonderful group of people across seven supported living properties and a residential home supporting five people. We're proud of our unique shared spaces, which include a polytunnel for growing produce, an art room, and a creative studio. What You’ll Be Doing: Your days will be varied and fun, including:

  • Everyday Independence: Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and medication.
  • Exciting Outings: Trips to Exeter, Longmead Safari, bowling, and even holidays to London, Harry Potter World, and Butlins!
  • Creative Fun: Drama at the Beehive Theatre, art shows, or gardening in our on-site polytunnel.
  • Social Life: Helping people maintain jobs, build friendships, and enjoy local nightlife.

What You Need to Know:

  • Flexible Shifts: We offer highly flexible working patterns to fit around your life and studies.
  • Travel: Due to our rural location and shift times, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly desirable. Free parking is provided!
