We are looking for passionate and motivated Support Workers to join a fantastic team at our residential service in King's Heath.


This is a permanent role, where there are part and full time positions available for up to 37.5 hours per week. You should be flexible across 7 days with shifts starting from 7.00am-9.30pm. The following shifts are available; 7.00am-2.30pm and 2.00-9.30pm.


The service is a 4-bedroom, detached home in a residential area. The three people currently living here have fragile x syndrome, autism with severe learning disabilities and congenital rubella.


You do not require prior experience as full training will be provided when you start this role. However, prior experience of working with challenging behaviour is desirable.


A full manual UK license is desirable as we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
