Support Workers are needed in Dereham, Norfolk. The role is permanent, 16 hours per week, paid £13.00 per hour. The position is based in two supported living flats, each with one individual who has visual impairment. One individual is mobile and requires minimal support; the other requires more physical support. Work involves lone working, supporting individuals in accessing the community and participating in a range of activities to support their health and well-being. Shift patterns are 7:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm. Sleep-ins are available as overtime and will be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
- Provide personal care and hygiene support.
- Help with finances and medication management.

- Accompany to community shopping and other trips.
- Facilitate social life and nightlife.
