Looking for a role where your days are active, varied, and genuinely meaningful? At Sense, we’re looking for compassionate, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our CQC Outstanding service in Margate.
£13 per hour/£25,350 per annum | 37.5 hours per week (various shift patterns including weekends only, part time and full time opportunities available) | Permanent
You must hold a full UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive a Sense vehicle to support people to access the community, attend activities, and enjoy the things they love.

About our home: Life here is vibrant and community focused. You will be supporting four individuals to enjoy full, active lives from relaxed afternoons by the beach to supporting visits to Canterbury, theme parks, London for exciting day trips, joining in with swimming sessions, social evenings and trips to local clubs. The people we support take part in meaningful work experiences, volunteering at community church, working in charity shops and gardening. You will enhance their experience with your support. Even in quieter winter months, there’s always something engaging happening – creative indoor activities like cooking, baking, and hands-on experiments that keep everyone involved and inspired.
This role is about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives. Alongside fun and social activities, you’ll also be involved in day-to-day support such as personal care, medication, cooking, and maintaining a comfortable home environment.
