We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our team, Our Get Out There (GOT) Service supports children and young people with their social programme of activities.
This is a Relief role with various hours. We work flexibly across the week with hours to suit your needs.
As a Relief Community Support Worker, you will be providing 1-1 support to individuals to access the community. Supporting with activities both at home and in the community.

- A full UK driving license and business insurance and must be willing to drive your own vehicle (mileage paid 0.45 pence per mile).
- Experience in Care and/or being confident working in a lone working setting.
