We're looking for a Relief Support Worker to join our small, close-knit team at Monks Dyke Road in Louth, Lincolnshire on a flexible, bank basis, paying £13.00 per hour.
You’ll be part of a team supporting five people with complex needs to live full, meaningful lives on their own terms - whether that’s helping someone cook a meal they love, encouraging them to get out into the community, or simply being a steady, trusted presence at home. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes this role so rewarding.
Please note: if you live outside of Louth, you will need access to your own vehicle as public transport in the area is very limited.
We are looking for someone who is:
