Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. These are permanent positions with flexible hours ranging from 22.5 to 37.5 per week, paying £13.00 per hour. Shifts are varied across seven days and include regular sleep-ins, paid as an additional allowance - this involves staying overnight at the home, with the possibility of waking to provide support during the night if needed.
The people we support love adventure and getting out into the community, so no two days will ever be the same. A driving licence and an interest in BSL are both an advantage, and we’ll support you to develop in both.
