We're looking for a female Waking Night Support Worker to join our fantastic team in Dunmurry, Belfast on a permanent basis, working 24 hours per week and paying 13.50 per hour, inclusive of waking night allowance.
You'll be working various 10, 11, and 12 hour night shifts, starting at 10pm and finishing at 8am, 9am or 10am, with normally two shifts per week. The service is accessible via public transport, though due to shift timings you may need to make your own way in. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Positive, with a can-do attitude
- Caring and empathetic
- Passionate about enhancing other people's lives
- Willing to attend training and develop in the role
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential
In this role, you could be supporting with:
- Providing a calm and reassuring presence through the night
- Personal care and hygiene
- Medication and wellbeing
- Responding to the individual's needs as they arise
- Keeping accurate records throughout your shift
