Do you want to make a positive change to people\’s lives? We have an exciting opportunity at Sense to work as a Waking Night Support Worker and join our friendly well-established team in Kettering.

Job Details

This is a permanent role, working 24.75 hours per week. The shift patterns are 10:00pm – 7:00am over a 4-week rota including some weekends. At our residential home we support 6 individuals with dual sensory impairments. The role will involve supporting individuals with a range of sensory and physical disabilities to ensure their needs are met and they remain safe during the night. You will support with personal care needs, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Qualification and previous experience is not needed to join our staff team.
  • Sense provides an in-depth training package and we are happy to work alongside and support you in gaining a rewarding and valuable job role.
