We are a fast-growing and ambitious electrical design and build business operating from our office in Wembley. We deliver high-quality projects for both domestic and commercial properties across London, with a strong emphasis on innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction—particularly in premium, high-end residential settings.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. You will manage teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical installation projects, primarily in high-end residential settings across Central London, with some commercial work.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams to align on project specifications.
  • Oversee site inspections, quality control, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
  • Mentor and supervise electrical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Handle client communications, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed on all sites.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role in the electrical industry.
  • Extensive experience in high-end residential electrical projects; commercial experience is a plus.
  • City & Guilds 2391 qualification (Inspection, Testing, and Certification of Electrical Installations) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UK electrical regulations, including BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Project or similar.
  • Leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to sites across Central London as needed.
  • For CIS/freelance: Must be registered (or eligible to register) under the Construction Industry Scheme as a genuine self-employed subcontractor.
