About the role
Sense is currently recruiting for a Shop Manager to work 37.5 hours per week across its shops in Sussex and Surrey on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a network of over 120 shops as we continue our shop growth programme. We look for someone to lead and inspire an enthusiastic team, drive delivery of standards, operational and customer service excellence, and maximise vital income generation for the charity.

- Self‑motivated, creative, a great communicator, positively committed to charity retail
- Experience of inspiring a team to provide excellent customer service
- An eye for detail to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment for customers, staff and volunteers
- Previous experience in a retail environment or in a team‑leader position
- Willingness to work bank holidays and weekends as required, with flexibility to work across 7 days of the week
