Sense now has a great opportunity for you to join as a Deputy Manager in the Community Team for the West Midlands. This is a hybrid working role, working in the Community, your home, and the Sense Touchbase Pears office based in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC), working 37.5 hours per week, with an annual salary of £26,676.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Community Support Services Manager to deliver support to the people we support in the Community.
- Conduct assessments, referrals, staff supervisions, and cover sickness and leave for team members.
- Support individuals with sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities, helping them in their homes or out in the community.
Shift Patterns:
Usually Monday-Friday, with some Saturday work may be required.
