Sense are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our fantastic team as a Deputy Care Manager at our joint services in Parnwell, Peterborough
Our homes have a warm, caring atmosphere and has received a Good rating from CQC. We support 12 people in total, and provide individualised care for residents with various needs, including complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours a week (equivalent to 18.75 hours at each service) and you will receive 29,367 per annum.
As a Deputy Care Manager you will provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to the people supported. You will be a frontline supervisor, supporting the manager to effectively manage a team of staff to deliver person centred, specialist services.
You will work shifts from 09.00am-4.30pm 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), and alternative weekends (07.00am-2.00pm / 2.00pm-10.00pm).
Experience of using British Sign Language (BSL) or having a BSL or Makaton qualification is desirable (or willingness to learn).A full UK Manual Driving license and the willingness to learn and to drive our company minibus is desirable.
