Are you a Deputy Manager or Care Manager seeking to advance your career? We are hiring a Registered Care Manager for our Residential CQC Service in Kingstanding, Birmingham.
In this position, you will work alongside a great team and oversee the daily operations of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality service that meets our standards; be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.
5 bed home, supporting 5 people ~ Supports individuals with disabilities with complex needs such as; Residential service, Good rating by CQC.
- Essential: Prior manager experience in a Care setting such as Community/Residential/Supported Living.
- Desirable: Knowledge of multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities.
- Preferred: A full manual UK driving license as we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
- Preferred: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this (Sense can fund this).
