Sense College Rothwell is seeking an Education Support Worker to help learners develop skills, independence and confidence as they prepare for adulthood. This part-time, fixed-term role is 21 hours/week across Tue, Wed and Fri (9:15am–4:15pm) for 39 weeks per year under a one-year contract.
You will assist with EHCPs, support teaching, and help learners with everyday living and dressing. A caring, motivated approach and willingness to pursue Level 3 teaching support are essential.
