Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a Support Worker to become a part of our amazing team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham. A full UK manual driver's license is required, as you'll use our company car for activities outside of the home.

In this role, you'll support an adult who leads an active lifestyle on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, helping develop daily living skills, providing personal care as needed and encouraging participation in various interests that promote health and well-being. You will support with activities the individual enjoys like gaming, watching football, biking, and volunteering. While he may exhibit some challenging behaviour, he’s a great communicator eager to learn new ways to express himself, including British Sign Language (BSL) and picture communication.
