Sense is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Transformation Lead to support a three-year plan, Transforming Sense, together. The role is full-time hybrid, with 2-3 days weekly at the Birmingham office or Sense sites and home-working options.
You'll convert technical details into clear communications for colleagues across the UK, collaborating with programme teams, senior leaders and the Internal Communications team to drive change from mobilisation through to adoption.
