Sense in Aldeby is looking for three Education Support Workers to join our college team.
The role is part-time (21–28 hours per week) on a one-year fixed term basis, with shifts Mon–Wed or Tue–Thu, 9:15 am–4:15 pm.
You will prepare learners for transitions into adulthood and work closely to achieve outcomes in their Education, Health and Care Plans, aligning with Sense values and ensuring high-quality education while supporting personal care where required.
