Sense is looking for a Relief Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service in Aylesford, Kent. You will cover shifts as needed across the service, supporting people with complex disabilities and helping them live the life they choose.
You'll work across 3 units within the same home, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community activities, with early and late shifts to fit varied patterns.
