The predicted salary is between 27360 - 27360 £ per year.

Up to 37.5 hours per week with various hours available. Come and join our Supported Living Service in Aylesford, Kent; a three-unit service where no two days are the same. We're looking for permanent Support workers to work flexibly across a variety of hours, offering £13 per hour.

The people we support have complex disabilities, sensory loss, and learning difficulties, and your role will cover every aspect of their lives; from the everyday to the memorable.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Caring, patient, and empathetic
  • A positive communicator and a good listener
  • Enthusiastic and willing to bring new ideas
  • Adaptable and reliable across varied shifts
  • Passionate about enhancing the lives of the people they support
  • BSL skills or knowledge of multi-sensory impairments is desirable but not essential

This role might include supporting people with:

  • Everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping
  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Finances and medication
  • Getting out into the community for activities, trips, and work
  • Their social life and independence
