Are you an experienced, compassionate leader ready to make a real difference in children's lives? Sense Scotland is recruiting two part time Team Leaders to join our Children's Services team in Kinning Park.
About the Role
You’ll lead and support a dedicated team delivering high quality, person centred care for school aged children and young people with complex needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, epilepsy, and communication or sensory needs. Working directly on shift, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing and fun environment through engaging activities such as sensory play, arts and crafts, and creative sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to ensure high quality, individualised support
- Supervise, coach and develop staff on shift
- Oversee support plans, rotas, records and compliance
- Work closely with families to deliver flexible, person centred care
- Support the delivery of stimulating, creative activities
Hours: 20 hours per week with a mix of afternoons, evenings and weekends, including approximately 2 weekends in every 4.
