About the Role

Lead and support a dedicated team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care for school‑aged children and young people with complex needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, epilepsy, and communication or sensory needs. Working directly on shift, create a safe, nurturing and fun environment through engaging activities such as sensory play, arts and crafts, and creative sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to ensure high‑quality, individualised support
  • Supervise, coach and develop staff on shift
  • Oversee support plans, rotas, records and compliance
  • Work closely with families to deliver flexible, person‑centred care
  • Support the delivery of stimulating, creative activities

Hours

20 hours per week with a mix of afternoons, evenings and weekends, including approximately 2 weekends in every 4.
