Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Sense Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Housing Support Service in Cruden Bay. In this role, you'll lead and support a dedicated team providing high quality, person centred support to adults with complex needs. You'll play a key role in ensuring individuals live fulfilling, independent lives while upholding Sense Scotland's strong values and commitment to positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and supervise staff to deliver high quality, person centred support
- Oversee support planning, reviews and care delivery
- Manage staff rotas and monitor attendance and performance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards
- Work collaboratively with families, management and professionals
- Support staff development and on shift training
About you:
- Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or SSSC recognised equivalent)
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
- Committed to person centred practice and values led care
- Flexible to work days, evenings and weekends
