As a Support Worker , you’ll support adults with additional needs to live confident, independent, and fulfilling lives—whether that’s enjoying lunch out, heading to the gym or swimming pool, or simply getting out for a breath of fresh air.
We’re currently recruiting Support Workers to join our friendly team in Peterhead . We have a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) available, alongside relief shifts, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle. All shifts are organised through a supportive and flexible staff rota.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same. Your role will include:
Supporting everyday activities - social outings, fitness activities, walks, and time with friends
Helping build life skills - communication, social interaction, and growing independence
Providing in-home support - personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance
