About the Role
We're recruiting Support Workers to join our friendly team in Peterhead. This role supports adults to live confidently and independently, whether that's enjoying social outings, staying active, or settling into everyday routines.
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- Also available: Relief shifts
- Flexible rota to support work-life balance
What You'll Do
- Support daily activities, social outings, and hobbies
- Help develop independence, communication, and life skills
- Provide in-home support including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and household tasks
Training & Development
- No experience needed - full training provided:
- One-to-one, on-the-job training
- Classroom-based learning
- E-learning and ongoing development opportunities
Shifts
This is a 24-hour service, including:
- Early and late shifts
- Sleepovers and night shifts
- Weekends and public holidays
All managed through a fair and supportive rota.
