Our busy admin team ensure our offices run smoothly and provide essential support to staff and visitors. About the role

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our office, providing a professional reception service and essential administrative support. From handling calls and coordinating meetings to managing supplies and assisting colleagues, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything operates seamlessly. You’ll also have the opportunity to bring your organisational skills to the forefront and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure telephone calls are dealt with efficiently, professionally, and promptly

  • Co-ordinate room booking system, set up meeting rooms, and ensure all meeting rooms are maintained
