About the service

Our Finglassie service is a warm, friendly, and well‑established home where eight adults with complex needs live together and receive 24‑hour support. We focus on person‑centred care that promotes dignity, choice, inclusion, and independence. The people we support each have their own unique needs, which may include learning disabilities, autism, and physical health needs. Our approach is thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and consistency. As a small service, we pride ourselves on supportive relationships, stable staffing, and high-quality care.

We are seeking individuals who share our values—people who are reliable, patient, and committed to making a positive impact in someone’s life.

Support includes:

  • Personal care and daily living tasks
  • Promoting independence and life skills
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
  • Medication administration (following training)
  • Encouraging social activities and community involvement
  • Working in partnership with families and other professionals

Hours and shift patterns

Full‑time roles (37 hours) A range of part‑time opportunities Relief (as and when) positions Shifts may include early and late shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
