The Opportunity

We are recruiting Support Workers who are caring, friendly and passionate about helping others. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to positively impact your community and support adults with complex communication and sensory needs to live the most fulfilling life possible.

What you'll be doing:

  • Getting involved in activities they enjoy (lunch outings, gym sessions, swimming, meeting friends, walks, hobbies).
  • Developing important life skills such as communication, social interactions and independence.
  • Daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication, cleaning and laundry.

From your very first day, you'll receive exceptional support, including:

  • One‑to‑one on the job guidance.
  • In house, face‑to‑face training from experienced practitioners.
  • Access to a wide range of e‑learning modules to help you develop and progress.

Hours & Shift Patterns

Part‑time (up to 35 hours per week) and relief roles are available. Shifts follow a rota and may include:

  • Early and late shifts.
  • Occasional sleepovers or night shifts.
  • Weekends and public holidays.

This ensures consistency for the people we support—while giving you variety in your working week.
