About the service
Our service in Ellon supports two gentlemen within their own home. Each has their own accommodation within the house- giving them both their own space, privacy and independence.
Shift Patterns
We have a variety of shift patterns to meet the needs of the people we support. These include:
- 8am-10pm
- 8am-8am (including a paid sleepover)
- 8am- 4pm
- 4pm-10pm
- 10am-3pm
- 5pm-10pm
These patterns are subject to change
What you will need to succeed
- Good team-working skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and use your initiative
- An ability to problem solve
- A strong work ethic and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise and manage workloads
- Eager to develop
- A genuine passion for caring for others
