Sense Scotland is recruiting now for Support Workers in Dundee. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at the Tullideph or Walton Mill Housing Support Service in Dundee. Over both services, we support 11 adults (9 men and 2 women) in their own tenancies, with a large and experienced staff team. The people we support have a range of needs including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Epilepsy, ADHD, Diabetes, Bi-Polar Disorder, Deafblindness, and Hearing Impairment. Each person has their own lifestyle, interests, and ambitions. Our approach is fully bespoke—whether it's helping someone pursue a hobby, attend appointments, manage their health, or simply enjoy their day-to-day life.

Shift times: Shift times vary from 7:30am to 10:00pm, across a variety of early, late, mid, sleepover and night shifts (in one of our services). This includes a mix of lone working and 2:1 shifts, with each shift supporting only one individual—giving you the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships and provide consistent, high-quality support.
