Sense Scotland is recruiting now for Support Workers within both Dundee and Forfar. Whilst no experience is required as full training will be provided, you must have a genuine interest in working and caring for others.
Dundee and Forfar Housing Support means you will work with people within their own homes supporting them with personal care such as bathing and toileting, medication administration, meal preparation, inspiring a healthy lifestyle, and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
Other areas include encouraging the involvement of activities such as seeing friends, taking part in social gatherings such as organized walks, a tea dance or coffee mornings, going out to lunch, watching movies or trips to the cinema, going to the gym or simply out for a walk around the block!
Shift patterns: 24 hour care is provided and shifts will include early and late shifts, sleepover and wake‑night shifts, weekend and public holiday cover all via a supportive staff rota system.
