About the service
At our Erskine Street Housing Support Service, no two days are the same. We proudly support seven adults each with their own unique personalities, strengths and needs across their own tenancies. Five people live within our purpose-built Erskine Street service, and two live in their own homes with 24-hour staffing in place. Our service is specially designed for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including sensory impairments, epilepsy, dementia and bipolar disorder. We work closely with families and Welfare Guardians to ensure every person receives the highest quality support, tailored entirely to them.
You will be joining a large, welcoming and experienced staff team, supported by an onsite Registered Manager, Locality Manager and two Supervisors. You will always have guidance when you need it but you will also have the space to bring your own ideas, energy and compassion to your role.

Recruiting now offering 37 hours (full time) and 30 hours per week. Shifts will cover early and late shifts, sleepover and night shifts, weekends and public holidays via a supportive team rota.
