About the Role
As a Support Practitioner, you'll provide 1:1 support, helping individuals develop skills, achieve personal goals and enjoy activities that matter to them. No two days are the same, and you may support people with:
- Daily living tasks, including cooking and household activities
- Managing finances and budgeting
- Attending health and social appointments
- Community activities such as swimming, walking, shopping and bowling
- Personal care (full training provided)
- Building confidence, independence and life skills
- Applicants must be flexible to work across the shift pattern.
