About the role
We are looking for a Part Time Assistant Charity Shop Manager for our Blairgowrie store! This role is 15 hours per week (over 2 days) offering a great opportunity to make a real impact while maintaining work-life balance. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you’ll be supporting the shop manager to run one of our busy stores, assisting to lead a team of volunteers, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From sorting donations and creating eye‑catching displays to providing a fantastic customer experience, you’ll take pride in making your shop a great place to visit. You’ll drive sales, inspire the team, create a welcoming space for all and ensure every donation goes towards making a real difference for the people we support.
