Sense, TouchBase Wales in Caerphilly, is seeking a Care Team Leader on a fixed-term basis for 12 months to supervise and coach a team of support workers. The role supports rota management, recruitment and onboarding, and safeguarding responsibilities within a community-based service for adults with complex disabilities.
You will work 37.5 hours per week, with a full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle essential. Salary is £27,982.50 per annum (£14.35 per hour).
