Sense in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Café Manager to lead the TouchBase Pears café on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will manage day-to-day operations, prepare a varied range of food, and ensure a warm, welcoming service for customers, visitors, and building users.
You will develop menus, lead your team, uphold top hygiene standards, and work with the Facilities team to meet community needs. Barista and events catering experience would be advantageous.
