Sense Education is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support learners aged 16β19 with Autism, learning differences and communication needs in a specialist post-16 provision.
The role involves 1:1 and small group support, helping students develop life and vocational skills, and assisting with work placements and community-based learning.
You will work with teachers, therapists and external agencies to help students gain independence and prepare for adulthood.
