SEND Support Worker We are seeking a caring and committed SEND Support Worker to join our team in Kendal. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in their learning journey, helping them grow and thrive in a safe, supportive environment. Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Key Responsibilities: -Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them access their learning and engage fully in the classroom. -Assist with behavioural management using positive strategies to ensure students feel calm and supported throughout their day. -Support students with personal care needs where needed (including toileting, dressing, and feeding) with dignity and respect, fostering independence. -Help students build life skills, confidence, and independence in both academic and social settings. -Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to implement individual learning plans tailored to each student\’s unique needs. -Be a key part of a dedicated team, working together to ensure the best possible care and support for the students.
